Agreement to these Terms does not authorize The Nordsell Agency to begin sales calls, texts, or emails. Contact permission is created only when you separately ask the agency to contact you, schedule a conversation, request agent review, or call the agency.

YourSimpleQuote is operated by Nordsell Agency, Inc., an exclusive Allstate agency located in Roanoke, Texas. The site is intended for adults seeking personal home, auto, or bundle insurance information for Texas risks. It is not intended for commercial use, insurance risks outside supported territories, or use by persons who are not legally permitted to provide the information submitted.
3. The estimate is not insurance
YourSimpleQuote provides an estimated price based on the information, assumptions, data sources, and coverage choices available to the tool at the time of use. The estimate:
- Is not an insurance policy, binder, application, contract, offer, or guarantee of coverage.
- Does not guarantee eligibility, underwriting approval, a particular premium, discount, deductible, coverage, or effective date.
- May differ from a final carrier quote after consumer reports, claims data, driving records, property records, inspections, VIN or vehicle data, underwriting information, discounts, and other factors are verified.
- May change when you edit information, coverage, deductibles, payment choices, or the proposed effective date.

No coverage exists unless and until the carrier accepts the risk, all required applications and conditions are completed, any required premium is paid, and an authorized representative confirms the policy and effective date.
4. Allstate-only estimate
YourSimpleQuote is not a multi-carrier comparison marketplace. It estimates an Allstate product available through The Nordsell Agency. A final Allstate quote may use systems, reports, forms, underwriting criteria, and information not available to the preliminary estimate.
6. Third-party data and services
The site may use address, property, vehicle, VIN, security, analytics, hosting, document-delivery, advertising-measurement, and other services provided by third parties. Third-party information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting information shown in the estimate.

7. Permitted use
You may use YourSimpleQuote for your own legitimate personal, family, or household insurance-shopping purposes and may save or print your own estimate for that purpose.
8. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Use bots, scripts, crawlers, automated browsers, bulk-submission tools, or similar systems to generate estimates or access the site without written authorization.
- Scrape, extract, reproduce, resell, publish, or commercially exploit site content, estimate data, rating logic, or outputs.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, discover, test, or reconstruct the site's rating methodology, source code, security controls, data providers, or nonpublic systems.
- Circumvent or interfere with Turnstile, honeypots, rate limits, access controls, session controls, monitoring, or other security measures.
- Submit false, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized information.
- Use another person's information without authority or impersonate another person.

We may correct errors, update the methodology, add or remove products or features, restrict supported risks, suspend service, or discontinue the site at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular response time, or preservation of an incomplete estimate.
A private resume link may expire, be disabled for security reasons, or fail if the underlying record is unavailable. Keep the link confidential.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, YourSimpleQuote is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every data source, estimate, calculation, description, or website function will be complete, current, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Limitation of liability

14. Texas law
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding concerning the site may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, subject to any nonwaivable law that applies.
15. Changes to these Terms
